Hajime is a homegrown Tonkatsu (deep-fried Hokkaido pork loin) & Ramen restaurant founded by Chef Tan-san -- the 1st Tonkatsu chef in Singapore. Since 2016, we have been doing our meat butchery, soup broth cooking, sauce preparation at the restaurant each day to serve up traditional recipes and quality ingredients at an accessible price.
